The Spring season at Jasper Highlands has started with a bang! Folks from all around the country have chosen to visit Jasper Highlands this early Spring season, and many of them honored us with the ultimate endorsement of this scenic mountain community on the southern Cumberland Plateau. The result has been over one million dollars in sales for three consecutive weeks.

The new properties in the third phase of the development "Sunset View" were shown for the first time and several were taken off the market right away. Jasper Highlands' first spec home in the River Bluffs section was sold to a great couple from Michigan who decided to literally "sell the farm" and move south for warmer weather and an easy-going mountain lifestyle.

On Saturday, April 1st, property owners, guests, and staff gathered at Pat's Summitt for another relaxing event at the pavilion. Much of the discussion at this event centered around what was most enjoyable - the food, the interaction of the guests, or the panoramic mountain scenery.
