At the Grand Opening of Jasper Highlands in the early spring of 2012, John Thornton could only dream that events like the recent March 28th weekend gathering on Pat's Summitt would be possible in only three years.

Over 200 people gathered at this scenic community area at the entrance to Jasper Highlands to kick-off a weekend that included tours of the model homes and property choices of Jasper Highlands, great food, entertainment, and an abundance of Tennessee hospitality.

A weather front had just moved through the area bringing rather cool springtime breezes, so as darkness fell on the Plateau, we moved the festivities inside the tent for the evening. Everyone had a great time and as a result of the property tours on Friday and Saturday, Jasper Highlands has now welcomed several new property owners and soon-to-be residents to southeast Tennessee.
